Group Fitness Policies

  • All classes are subject to change based on instructor availability and member attendance.

  • For your safety, NO ONE will be permitted to a class ten minutes after the start time.

  • Kids age 14 and above are welcome to participate in Group Fitness classes

 

Rules to Ride

  • Reservations accepted by Member Service Desk 1 hour before class time.

  • First time friends please arrive 10 minutes before class for assistance with bike setup.

  • Towel, Water and ticket required for entry

BodyCombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, taekwondo and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful rolde model instructors, strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. No previous experience necessary

  Hatha Yoga - This is a very good place to start on the path of yoga practice. With "ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon, Hatha is the union of opposites. This combination of Asanas, (exercises and postures) breathing techniques, and meditation is perfect for anyone seeking to add yoga to their routine.
BodyJam is the cardio workout where you are free to lose yourself in the sensation of dance.   Energia is a dance class where you will feel free and liberated! A fusion of various dance styles like JAZZ, HIP-HOP, STREET DANCE, LATIN and more! Every class is a surprise, the instructor will pick a dance style, teach and lead you to the final DANCE PARTY at the end of the class.

Strengthen your PowerHouse (Abs, Glutes, & Thighs) using a combination of a medicine ball and stability ball. Get on the ball in this class, improving your core stabilization and balance all the while strengthening your abs! We've got the balls! All levels are welcome to play!

Learn to dance “Salsa on the 2”. It's the latest salsa dance in the clubs today. We teach ALL levels. Singles and Couples are Welcome! Let us teach you the basics and fundamentals of night club style salsa dancing. We'll make it fun and easy to learn! Wear comfortable shoes, no sneakers. 1 hour, Level: Beginners

  Want to dance like a pop star? Your child will learn the latest moves to the hottest kid friendly sounds around. Stomp, shake and groove to the beat in this fun energetic class. No recital fees or costumes to buy! Ages 6-10
This discipline puts a great emphasis on the mechanics of Yoga through proper breath and alignment. Students are encouraged to honor "the wisdom of the body" and to work according to the limits of their individual flexibility and strength. Balance the Chakras through meditation in motion. All levels welcome. First timers encouraged!

  You don't have to be a kid to train on the turf! This Sports Specific Training class combines two critical factors necessary for all sports, strength and speed. One of our skilled Athletic Trainers will assist you to develop both of these skills through strength training and the use of drills focused on running technique, explosiveness, plyometric progression, as well as jumping and landing technique. In short, it's never too late to be an athlete! Class held on the turf!
You and your child will stand straighter and feel stronger as both become more flexible and physically aware. Yoga is about creating a deep personal connection, allowing body, mind and heart to come together on a joyful path of discovery. Come experience this together as a family!
