For athletes looking to improve overall athletic performance, the EDGE Performance Camp will incorporate skills and drills designed ti improve strength, speed , agility and quickness. Athletes will focus on change of direction, explosiveness, reaction time and anticipation. Perfect for the athletes who's sports requires stop and go action (Recommended for : basketball, soccer, tennis).   This type of training is highly demanding and is for the athlete looking for an added dimension to their present program. No fancy machines, or electronic gadgets, this program utilizes the tools that have been available for generations. Whether it is flipping tires, dragging chains, pulling or pushing sleds, get your team or yourself a different, yet highly effective workout
For Athletes who's sport require blazing speed, our Speed Camp will focus on developing speed through strength training and drills focused on running technique, first step explosiveness, sprint mechanics, plyometric progression, jumping and landing technique. Our Speed Class will improve athleticism regardless of age, ability or sport and is available for individual, small group and team training.(Recommended for : baseball, football, track, soccer)   During this session athletes will be tested on several aspects of athletic performance including speed, strength, agility, quickness and vertical leap. This will allow athletes to track progress in all areas of athletic performance and validate the progress they have made.
For the athlete who's sport requires the ability to leap tall buildings, this class will focus specifically on the athletes ability to generate the power and explosiveness necessary to jump out of the gym. This class will incorporate strength and pylometric training with a focus on landing technique, muscle loading, explosive power, and reflexive muscle action.   Proper strength training technique is essential to overall function, sports performance and injury prevention. The lack of proper technique will only set you back while decreasing performance and increasing your chance of injury. This clinic will focus on teaching the proper technique  involved in performing  the various strength training exercises  common in all training programs and the proper progression for each.
